After finishing high school in Ottawa, Eda moved to Copenhagen, Denmark where she met and married her husband. She worked in the hospitality industry for seven years culminating in a hotel management position. Her first taste of entrepreneurship was owning a successful florist business in partnership with her husband. After selling their business, Eda returned to school to study Design Technology at Copenhagen Design College. Eda, her husband and their two young children returned to Canada in 2011 and eventually made their way back to Ottawa.
A career in real estate is a natural fit for Eda. She is naturally a people person and very family-oriented. It gives her great pleasure to help families make the most important purchase they will make, that of their home. She also speaks seven languages – Farsi, Urdu, Hindi, Uzbek, Turkish, Danish and English – which is helpful in such a culturally diverse city as Ottawa.
After nine years of having his own business, Rahim decided to join the real estate market as a Realtor. His love of sales, interacting with people, and having a busy, unpredictable schedule gives him motivation. Selling , buying and talking numbers has been in his family for several decades, which adds to his knowledge of conducting business. Speaking 7 languages, (English, Danish, Urdu, Farsi, Dari, Uzbek & Pashto), Rahim prides himself on being able to service a wide range of clientele.
Raaj was born and raised in Ottawa and attended the University of Ottawa completing degrees in Finance and Economics. After completing his studies, he moved to Mississauga and started his career at KPMG as a consultant. He eventually made the move to the public sector where he was involved in negotiating on behalf of the government. Combining his strong background in negotiating and maintaining client relationships, Raaj decided to pursue a career in real estate. In a few short years, Raaj became one of the top producers in Mississauga and gained a reputation of building trust and confidence with his clients. Raaj is known for his intuition and diligence and shows a genuine concern for others. Raaj moved back to Ottawa in 2009 and is thrilled to be working with one of the finest real estate companies, eXp Realty. In his downtime, Raaj enjoys traveling, taking long walks, and most of all, spending time with his two beautiful girls, Myya and Keandra.
Natasha is passionate, dedicated and enthusiastic about providing an amazing client care experience. She is organized, detail oriented, easy-going and approachable – which will help make your home buying or selling experience enjoyable! Natasha’s background in community programming shows her genuine care for clients. Her greatest strengths include problem solving, relating to people and thriving in a fast-paced work environment. Natasha grew up just outside of Ottawa and has extensive knowledge of both the city and the areas surrounding. She still lives outside of the city, enjoying the tranquility of country living with her two dogs. In her down time, Natasha can be found teaching dance at Fierce Dance Factor, a studio she co-owns or studying to become a real estate sales representative!
